Ready to Ship page

The 'Ready to Ship' page allows you to manage orders that have been packed so you can:

• Print labels and manifests
• Book for delivery
• Mark order as picked up

5 steps to book a courier pickup:

1. Locate the order/s you wish to book, download/print the label and attach it to the parcel
2. Tick the checkbox for the order/s you want to book a collection for
3. Click on the yellow Book Now action button
4. On the confirmation dialogue box, click on the green Book Now button
5. Print the Manifest form and ask the driver to sign upon pick-up (usually more common if sending a large number of shipments)
6. Go to the 'Track' page to monitor delivery progress

Pro Tip: Because of other pick-ups scheduled, drivers may sometime decide not to scan
your orders one-on-one. If you’d like the first level notification, In Transit, to be
triggered for your customer to receive, you may click on Mark Orders as Picked Up
from the downward arrow next to the Download Manifest button.
