The 'Track' page allows you to manage orders from the point they were booked for delivery
onwards. In this tab, you can:
- Cancel delivery
- Obtain the carrier’s tracking number
- Re-order
The details of the booked orders listed in your Track tab are:
- Store; Identify the name of your Shippit store (helpful if you have more than one)
- Booked Date; Indicate the date and time when the order was booked for pick-up
- Order Reference; Click on the Order Reference to access the
customer track page - Status; Indicate which stage of the delivery process the order is currently at
- Recipient; The person you identified to receive the package
- Carrier; The carrier that you have booked to handle the delivery
- Carrier ID; The carrier tracking number for the shipment
- ETA; Estimated Time of Arrival of the order for the recipient
- Controls Dropdown; Provide further options
