If someone in your organization has the Head Office User access, they can add you to the same access level.
To add a new Head Office User, an existing Head Office User must:
- Login to Shippit
- Click on the downward arrow at the upper right of the screen
- Select Settings
- On the left, select User Management
If the person you want to give access to is not an existing user listed on the User Management page:
- At the middle bottom of the page, click Add User
- Type an email address
- Tick on Head Office
- Assign a default password
- Click on Update
For existing users, simply locate the user on this page, select the Head Office role and click on Update.
