Since the website is not available during an outage it is not possible to book via 'send a package' feature on the website.
All of Shippit's plugins will retry when deliveries are not booked via API. When a booking failure is experienced bookings will be queued in processing state and retry until a success.
Quoting will not be available and therefore not appear at the checkout process.
