Will the driver call before delivery?
No, delivery drivers will not call before delivery.
If you are not home and there is a safe place to leave your package, they will do so. Unless delivery has not defaulted to authority to leave. If there is nowhere safe to leave your package, they will return to the depot so you can book redelivery.
