Can I change my delivery address?

Redirection to a new address is not available while in transit.

Once a delivery attempt is made, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to rebook, including the option to change the address if the carrier allows it.

In the event authority to leave (ATL) is active on the order and you no longer have access to the original address, please contact Shippit support here so that we can get it returned to the sender.
